Builders in South West London

Refurbishments, extensions and loft conversions in South West London, including Wimbledon, Raynes Park, Richmond and the surrounding areas.

South West London sits between our base in Woking and Central London, and many of our home projects happen here: in Wimbledon, Raynes Park, Richmond, Kingston and the streets around them.

Worple Road, SW20: four bedrooms became five

At Worple Road we transformed a dated four-bedroom semi-detached house with two toilets into a modern, energy-efficient five-bedroom home. A full refurbishment, rear extension and loft conversion created an improved layout and additional living space, with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe for the principal bedroom.

Solar panels, battery storage and an air source heat pump were incorporated as part of the home’s energy improvements.

Loft conversions and extensions for South West London homes

The Victorian and Edwardian terraces and semis found across South West London are well suited to loft conversions and to rear and side-return extensions. A loft conversion can add a bedroom and bathroom without losing garden space, while a rear extension can bring the kitchen, dining and living areas together in one bright room.

We take care of the structural work, insulation, services and finishes, and coordinate building control inspections, so the new space feels like it has always been part of the house.

Full house refurbishments

When a home needs updating throughout, we manage the whole refurbishment: layout changes, new kitchens and bathrooms, plumbing and heating, electrics, flooring, joinery and decoration, delivered by one team with specialist subcontractors who have worked with us for years.

Frequently asked questions

Which areas of South West London do you cover?

We work across South West London, including Wimbledon, Raynes Park, Richmond and Kingston. If you are not sure whether we cover your street, get in touch.

Can you live in the house during a refurbishment?

It depends on the scope. For an extension or loft conversion many clients stay at home, with the work phased to keep disruption down. For a full refurbishment it is often better to move out for part of the programme. We will talk you through the options before work starts.

Can you include energy improvements?

Yes. As at Worple Road, measures such as solar panels, battery storage and an air source heat pump can be planned into a refurbishment, working with specialist installers.
