Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services. Enquiries are delivered to our business email account. Our website is hosted by a third-party provider that stores data on our behalf. Where needed to carry out your project, we may share relevant details with the specialist subcontractors working on it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to two years if no work goes ahead. If we carry out work for you, we keep project records for as long as needed for our legal, tax and warranty obligations.
