A&C Building Solutions Ltd was established in 2016, building on director Andrea Leocata’s construction experience, which began in Italy in 2002 and continued in the UK from 2012.

The company’s story began when Andrea stepped in to help Barry Hilton renovate his first CERU restaurant in South Kensington after another builder let him down. That first project developed into a lasting friendship and working relationship. Over the years, Andrea’s work for Barry has included four restaurants and a production kitchen.

Today, residential and commercial projects are the two foundations of our business. We transform homes through full refurbishments, extensions and loft conversions, and bring business spaces to life through commercial refurbishments and fit-outs.

We bring together an experienced team and trusted specialist subcontractors, tailoring the team to the needs of each project. Many have worked with us for years, providing continuity, close collaboration and pride in the finished result.

We care about what we build and take pride in doing the job well. Our longstanding team and the recommendations of previous clients are central to our business, with around 80% of our work coming through referrals.
