This project opened up the ground floor of a terraced house in Lewisham with a new rear extension and a glazed roof that brings daylight deep into the plan.
The works included excavation and new foundations, structural steelwork, new drainage, underfloor heating, a new kitchen and the refurbishment of the living spaces, finished with a new patio to the garden.
